The roadmap presented here is not the work of a single department, but a synthesis of perspectives from across the healthcare spectrum. During the KCDH 2026 session, the audience profile was mapped to ensure a balanced “Phygital” and technical discourse.

This convergence is critical because:
- Policymakers provide the “Legal & Strategic” framework (e.g., ABDM, DPDP).
